Brundle's is an independent restaurant brought to you by a local family with years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry.
Located on the ground floor of Byron's luxury apartments, everyone is welcome, at any time of the day.
Brundle's combines a comfortable family friendly environment in a stylish and elegant setting. We provide high chairs, boosters seats and baby changing to make dining out with all the family that little bit easier. We even provide puréed vegetable baby food for our youngest guests free of charge.
Dogs are welcome in the bar area, so you can enjoy your meal overlooking the restaurant with your four legged friend by your side.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with your family and friends in the main restaurant, or treat yourself to the full kitchen experience at our Chef's Table.
Relax in our raised bar with a cocktail or a pint and sample our extensive bar menu with tasting plates and small meals from around the world. In the warmer months you can lounge on our choice of terraces with a coffee or a glass of wine and take in the fantastic views.
Meet the Chef
Graham, the youngest of the three brothers, has over 25 years culinary and hospitality experience at the very highest international levels.
Over his career, Ilfracombe local Graham Brundle has worked in Leading and Small Luxury Hotels of the World including The Selfridge, The Ritz, The Conrad, Saunton Sands and Grand Hotel Europe. He has worked for the Royal family in Jordan, and managed resorts in the Maldives, Koh Samui and Richard Branson’s Necker Island.
Graham has been working with local restaurant owners and suppliers since 2004 after opening No.11 The Quay, and he continues to make thoughtfully sourced ingredients a priority in his restaurant.
Most people will know him as a local Ilfracombe boy, surfing in and around the Woolacombe area since he was 11. If he's not in the kitchen, you can probably find him in the water.
