FIVE KNIFE SET: The set consists of a 3.5″ Paring Knife, 5″ Utility Knife, 7″ Santoku Knife, 8″ Chefs Knife and a 7″ Cleaver for those heavy-duty cuts. Plus, our complimentary Magnetic Wooden Stand for storage.
PREMIUM REAL DAMASCUS STEEL: Forged in 67 layers of high carbon Damascus steel with a super hard central 10Cr core, this ensures excellent edge retention. The cutting edges are polished to a 15-degree bevel on both sides, giving superb cutting properties.
STYLE: All the knives in the set are made in the Japanese San Mai style with beautifully forged dimples on both sides, often referred to as Granton Edges. These indents help capture the juices as you slice, ensuring a clean cut without unwanted tearing.
HANDLES: The ergonomically designed handles are made from Pakka wood, a laminate of natural woods that is more water and heat resistant than untreated, natural, unprocessed woods. This is the natural choice for Japanese-style knives due to its durability.
EDGE RETENTION: The hand-sharpened blades are incredibly sharp and will retain their edge for an extended period without regular sharpening, even with everyday use.
